Front Desk/Office Admin

We are looking for a reliable, organized person to manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of our office. We’re looking for someone with positive attitude, excellent client-facing communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed. Conveying a welcoming presence while answering the phone, responding to client questions, greeting guests, and carrying out responsibilities that ensure a consistent appointment process.

Job Requirements/Specifications:

  • Enjoy interacting with people
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills, goal oriented, and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize

Education and Experience

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
  • One year general administrative experience. Some service industry experience desirable.
