CleanSafe Services Limited

CleanSafe offers free surveys, fixed quotations and professional advice for cleaning services across London metro area. CleanSafe transfers and disposes of all waste through recognized sites and methods with full paperwork provided for their clients. While this company has a wide variety of services offered, they were not represented on the home page adequately. When we reviewed this website, we found that there were few distinct issues that needed attention.

Fixing PPC Campaign First

We determined that the first issue at hand was to really identify the user behavior of PPC visitors and organic search visitors. Since Campaign wasn't optimized and we needed this data quickly, we turned off PPC campaign for two weeks. This allowed us to gather enough data on organic visitors and their behavior. This helped identify core issues with the navigation and content organization. PPC campaign was optimized and number of targeted keywords reduced from 300 to about 85.

Improving User Experience

Once we had the core issues addressed, PPC campaign start to produce results immediately. There were more leads generated from the website and number of incoming phone calls went up by 43%. Visitors spent more time on the website and we found some services(for example, Graffiti Removal) that did not produce much Results with the old website but did significantly better with new design.
